As a law academic scholar I have interests in various aspects of Commercial Law, particularly Banking and Company Law and since 1995 have taken an added interest in Electronic Commerce.

    The purpose of my website is to make it possible to interact with scholars, professionals or anyone   who shares the same interests in these particular areas of Law.

    I will be happy to receive comments, suggestions or inquiries concerning my areas of interest.

    As the Law of Saudi Arabia is a unique legal system where Sharia Law and Western influenced Law Codes are applied side by side, I will also be willing to answer inquiries regarding the Law of Saudi Arabia.
